Terms of Service

Ahana provides talent management, digital production, paid social advertising and B2B lead generation services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees of any engagement are set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work, or the subscription plan selected at checkout ("Order"). Where an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order prevails.

Our services are offered to businesses and professionals aged 18 or over. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you.

Huntr and other subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as VAT, which will be added where required.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by emailing sales@ahana.digital. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until then. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the annual term.

Huntr 60-Day Results Guarantee: if Huntr fails to deliver the contracted daily lead volume during your first 60 days of service, you may request a full refund of fees paid for that period. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the end of the guarantee period. Beyond this guarantee, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable except where required by law.

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of, or a licence to use, the final deliverables specified in your Order. Ahana retains all rights in its proprietary methodologies, software, systems, templates and pre-existing materials, including the Huntr platform. Talent likeness and usage rights are governed by the specific licence terms agreed for each campaign.

Each party will keep confidential all non-public information received from the other and use it solely to perform its obligations under these Terms. This obligation survives termination for a period of three years.

We apply best-in-class expertise to every engagement. However, outcomes such as revenue, conversion rates, reply rates and return on ad spend depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and your sales process. Except for the express Huntr lead-volume guarantee, we do not guarantee specific commercial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either party may terminate an engagement immediately by written notice if the other commits a material breach that remains unremedied 14 days after notice. We may suspend services where payments are overdue. Clauses which by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
