We require services of passionate and self-driven Senior Network Engineers to support the ongoing installation, maintenance and repair of wireless, radio, access points, microwave and fibre network infrastructure. This entails ensuring up-to-date software releases, configurations, and trouble shooting of incidents, etc. If you have demonstrable experience of great performance and are a team player, we're looking forward to hearing from you.
In this position, you will provide technical expertise in supporting corporate and community IP LAN/MAN/WAN environment, wireless radios, Wi-Fi, IP Telephony, and Data Centre environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will entail the resolution of complex problems, interpreting policies, guidelines, best practices and processes while developing solutions based on subject matter expertise.

- QUALIFICATION: 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, GRADUATION
We require services of detailed and analytical Proactive Systems Monitoring engineers working in our Contact Centre and close with our Engineering Team to ensure the network infrastructure and systems availability uptime. Through advanced AI and Big Data Analytics systems you are expected to analyse performance data up to L7 to help avoid outages before they happen.
Excellent communication skills combined with network monitoring skills and indepth understanding of networks will be a definite win. Demonstrable understanding of wireless, radios, Bluetooth, microwaves, etc. are a certain advantage.

We require services of experienced and passionate Systems Availability Engineers for the installation of our wireless technologies in homes, businesses, and masts. It is vital you're a great communicator, a people's person, passionate about customer service, comfortable with facilitating reports and able to cope with pressure and setbacks for this position. Systems Availability Engineers are our field installation engineers responsible for delivering results and meeting client expectations and have an amazing attention to detail as well as excellent adherence to processes and QA scores.
